Company Guidelines for Promoter (To be strictly adhered to at all times)

1. Project Communication
• All projects must be communicated and discussed with the client in advance as per company rules.
• No commitments should be made without prior company approval.

2. Work and Incentives :
• Work assignments and deliverables will be aligned with the incentive structure, not employee discretion.
• Incentives are project-based and may vary from project to project.

3. Commitments and Accountability :
• Any false, misleading, or incorrect commitment made to clients or stakeholders will be treated as a serious violation.
• If any complaint arises due to such actions, your ID is liable for immediate termination without further notice.

4. Compliance with Rules and Regulations :
• All promoters must strictly follow company rules, regulations, and prescribed processes at every stage of engagement.

5. Attendance in Meetings :
• Attendance in company meetings is mandatory.
• In the event of you not attending any meetings over a continuous period of three months, your ID will be terminated.
• Exceptions will only be considered in cases of medical emergencies or other genuine unavoidable circumstances, subject to
prior noti cation and approval.

6. General Adherence :
• These guidelines are binding and non-negotiable.
• Any deviation will be dealt with as per the company’s disciplinary framework.
• Applicant are requested to attach a self-attested copy of their valid KYC document along with the application form.
Incomplete application without the KYC document will not be processed.

I have read the above conditions and hereby irrevocably undertake to abide by these by these conditions, the decisions taken by the board from time to time, which shall be final and binding on me.
